SANAA, April 21 (Saba) - The Criminal Court of First Instance in the capital Sanaa on Saturday ordered the Public Prosecution to carry out its previous decisions to arrest defendants, whose names will be mentioned, on charges of treason and to seize their money, namely Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, Maeen Abdel Malik and Khalid Al Yamani.

This came during a session chaired by the President of the Court, Judge Abdo Ismail Rajeh and in the presence of the prosecutor, Judge Khalid Omar Saeed.

The court ordered the Public Prosecution to communicate with the security services in Hadramout and all the land, sea and air ports for arresting the accused, as agents to the Israeli enemy entity, to bring them forcibly, to seize their immobile and movable property inside and outside the Republic of Yemen, and to inform the court of what was held in accordance with the law.

The court also decided to compel the prosecution to respond to the appeals filed by the two lawyers on behalf of the accused, and to postpone until next Saturday.

Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, Maeen Abdel Malik and Khalid Al Yamani serve as agents, serving as officials belonging to the US-Israeli backed saudi-led aggression coalition on Yemen which imposed all-out blockade on Yemen's People.
