ANAA, March 9 (Saba) - The Indian army announced on Saturday that it shot down a Pakistani drone over Rajasthan near the border between the two countries.
An agency quoted news sources in the Indian Army as saying that Indian troops shot down the plane trying to enter to the airspace of the country's entry.
It said the plane was the third to be shot down by Indian troops after New Delhi launched air raids on a camp of the "Army of Muhammad" inside Pakistani territory on February 26.
The tension between the two nuclear powers following a bloody suicide attack in Indian Kashmir on February 14 peaked, and Pakistan announced it had shot down two Indian fighters in an air battle over the two countries' borders.
New Delhi said its air force had also shot down a Pakistani fighter and lost one of its fighters.
