SAADA, Nov. 4 (SABA) – Under a campaign slogan “We work together to achieve self-sufficiency”, governor of Saada Mohammad Awad along with Awkaf and agriculture ministry officials on Saturday kicked off reclamation of a wide swath of Sehar district for farming.
The move came upon directs from the political leadership to improve the agricultural sector to tackle the economic crisis caused by the all-out blockade imposed by the Saudi-led coalition on country since 2015.
