
SANAA, Aug. 22 (Saba) – The army and popular forces waged an offensives against sites and groups of the Saudi-paid mercenaries over the 24 hours, killing and wounding dozens, a military official told Saba on Wednesday.
In the western coast front, the army fired a short-range ballistic missile towards the Saudi-led coalition's headquarters in the western coast, and carried out attack on the mercenaries in al-Tuhaytah area, killing and wounding dozens of the mercenaries.
In border province of Jizan, the army fired a ballistic missile, Badr 1, towards al-Mustahdath camp of the Saudi army.
In also Jizan, dozens of Sudanese were killed and wounded, two spy planes of the Saudi army were shot down by the army and popular forces in al-Dud mountain.
In border province of Asir, the army fired artillery towards the mercenaries off Alib crossing point, hitting the target directly.
In Najran province, the army hit the Saudi military groups in sites of al-Sawah, Buqa and al-Khadra crossing.
In Lahj province, tens of the mercenaries were killing and injuring, and a military vehicles was destroyed when the army foiled two infiltration attempts towards in Karash and Qabitah areas.
Bayda province, the army hit groups of the mercenaries' gatherings in Nata area, killing and wounding dozens.
In Jawf province, the army waged an attack against sites of the mercenaries in western al-Salan camp, causing heavy losses, the official added.
