JIZAN, Aug. 17 (Saba) – The army and popular committees on Friday repelled an infiltration by Saudi-paid mercenaries in east of al-Dood Mountain in Jizan region, a military official told Saba.
Several of the mercenaries were killed and other injured, including an officer, during the repelling operation, the official said.
Meanwhile, three mercenaries were shot dead in sniping operations off MBC Mount, while the artillery of the army shelled gatherings of mercenaries in the east of al-Doud.
