SANA, July 1 (Saba) – The Yemen army and popular committees have launched military operations, including missile, artillery and sniping attacks, which targeted sites and gatherings of Saudi troops over the past 24 hours, according to military reports combined by Saba News Agency on Sunday.
In Yemen’s western coast, a short-range ballistic missile was fired toward gatherings of Saudi-paid mercenaries and invaders, causing heavy casualties, while artillery shelling targeted gatherings of mercenaries and their military vehicles in the north of Faza, causing direct casualties.
Also in Western coast, a military vehicle was destroyed in the west of Tuhaita by RPG shell.
In Asir border province, the army repelled an infiltration attempt toward Alb border crossing, killing and wounding dozens.
Also in Asir, Katyusha rockets were fired at gatherings of Saudi soldiers in Majaza, as well as artillery shelling targeted gatherings of mercenaries in front of Alb crossing and Qama’a-Shaikh.
Furthermore, the army and committees fired Katyusha rockets at gatherings of mercenaries in Raqabat-Qashbah.
In Jizan province, the army and committees repelled an infiltration attempt of mercenaries, which was backed with air cover, towards the north of Nar mount in Tawel crossing, while gatherings of Saudi soldiers and their mercenaries were shelled by artillery in Sawda and Marwa villages.
In Bayda province, the army and committees carried out an attack on sites of mercenaries in Shaab-Jalis of Qania front,inflicting them heavy losses.
In Nehm district of Marib province, the army and committees launched an offensive against gatherings of mercenaries in Yam area.
Also in Nehm, three mercenaries were shot dead in Hawal area.
In Jawf province, gatherings of mercenaries were targeted by a guided missiles and artillery shells, causing direct casualties.
Also in Jawf, engineering unit of the army and committees destroyed three military vehicles by explosive devices in Maton and Khab-Washaf districts, killing all who were on boards.
In Lahj province, missile shelling targeted gatherings of mercenaries and their military vehicles in Karsh area.
