Report: 11 Yemeni civilians killed in 25 Saudi airstrikes in one day

SANAA, Jan 4 (Saba) - The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition airstrikes intensified over the past 24 hours on Yemen's cities, killing 11 civilians and injuring nine others, officials said on Thursday.

In the Red Sea port city of Hodeidah, 11 civilians were killed and nine others injured in six air raids on a popular restaurant in Zabid district.

Also in Hodiedah, the warplanes launched two raids on Jerahi district.

In the capital Sanaa, the fighter jets carried out two airstrikes on Nahdeen mountain, while four airstrikes targeted the district of Nehm.

In the northern province of Saada, the aggression warplanes waged two airstrikes on Asawh and Adhiaq areas of Kutaf border district.

Meanwhile, residents’ houses and farms in Saada was shelled by enemy Saudi missiles and artillery in several border areas of Shada district.

In northern province of Jawf, four airstrikes targeted Mahamesha area of Khub-Washaaf district.

In the border province of Asir, the warplanes launched four strikes on Majazh and Raboaa sites.

Also, one airstrike hit Talaa site in the border province of Najran.
