SANA'A, Jan. 30 (SABA) - An official military source said Monday that the naval force of the army and popular forces targeted a warship belonging to the aggression forces off the west coast of Yemen.
The source said the army and the popular forces fired a guided missile on the warship, which tried to approach off the west coast of Yemen, pointing out that the missile hit it directly.
The official pointed out that the targeting of this warship comes within the framework of the legal right of Yemen to defend the homeland and its sovereignty.
The official stressed that the army and popular forces have the means and capabilities to strike and destroy warships that violate national sovereignty and pose a threat to maritime navigation.
