SANA'A, Jan. 24 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf met on Tuesday UNICEF Resident Representative for Yemen Julian Harns.
At the meeting, Sharaf delivered Harns a letter in order to deliver it the UN Secretary General for increasing good offices of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to end the aggression and lift the siege, and immediately lifting the restrictions on the Sana'a International Airport to in particular.
The meeting also discussed ways to enhance UNICEF's role in alleviating the effects of the comprehensive aggression and blockade on Yemen
The minister stressed that the Foreign Ministry would provide all necessary facilities to ensure success of UNICEF and all international organizations operating in our country.
