SHABWAH, Jan. 17 (Saba) – A total of 37 Saudi-paid mercenaries were killed and 23 others wounded when that army and popular forces repulsed an attempts by mercenaries to infiltrate toward Osaylan district of Shabwah province overnight, a military official told Saba on Tuesday.
The operation took place on Monday in al-Hajer and al-Alam areas, leaving dozens of the mercenaries died and injured.
Meanwhile, the national army bombed two military vehicles of the mercenaries in the confrontation in the same area, the official said.
