HODEIDA, Jan. 16 (SABA) - Police and popular forces dismantled on Monday an improvised explosive device (IED), planted by a citizen's car in the al-Mina district of Hodeida province, the official told Saba.
The bomb was dismantled by technical experts of Police and popular forces, the official said.
The investigations were underway, the official said, adding Police and Popular committees would track down perpetrators and bring them to justice.
