SANA'A, Jan. 07 (Saba) - Security services have dismantled 1,677 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in several governorates over the past year, an interior ministry's statistics showed on Saturday.
The bombs were planted in popular markets, mosques, schools, security checkpoints, barriers, camps, targeting security and military officials and citizens.
A total of 123 accused of planting the bombs were arrested, according to the statistics.
