SANA'A, Jan. 03 (Saba) – A new weekly newspaper specializing in security and humanitarian issues released its first edition on Sunday.
The newspaper called Akhbar al-Hawadith and chaired by Wael Sharhah.
In its first issue, the paper featured several security and humanitarian issues, including achievement of security services in the capital Sanaa and other provinces.
It also reported on security efforts that limited highway robbery gangs. On the humanitarian filed, the paper highlighted suffering of cancer patients and their needs for medicine and health care.
The inauguration ceremony attended by the president of Yemen Journalist Union, Abdullah Sabri and other senior journalists.
