SANA'A, Dec. 21 (Saba) – Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Mohammed Salim bin Hafeedh met with Dr. Ali Alamadoahi, the public health and communication adviser at the Eastern Mediterranean Public Health Network (EMPHNET).
During the meeting, which was held in Sana'a on Tuesday, the two sides dealt with the cooperation aspects between the ministry and the network and the intervention areas, which covers investigating the cases of diseases spread, preparedness, emergency response, design and implementation of researches and monitoring epidemics.
Dr. bin Hafeedh hailed the support presented by the EMPHNET to Yemen since 2012, especially in the area of qualifying Yemeni human frameworks within the field epidemiology training program.
