SANA'A, Dec. 17 (Saba) - The parliament condemned the frequent airstrikes by Saudi aggression's warplanes on the area around Al-Saleh Mosque in the capital Sana'a, which resulted in serious damage to the mosque.
In its session, which was held on Saturday and chaired by its Speaker Yahya al-Ra'ei, the parliament considered the aggression against the sanctity of the mosque an assault on the religious and human heritage.
The parliament members (PMs) pointed out that targeting Al-Saleh Mosque, which is one of Yemeni Islamic monuments, is a crime against the World Heritage.
The MPs demanded the concerned international and civil society organizations to condemn this crime which aims to destroy the basic infrastructure of the religious monuments, as well as killing innocent souls.
