
SANAA, Nov. 16 (Saba) – The revenue of licensing cars' plate numbers since the campaign began two months ago have reached three billion and 673 million riyals.
The results were made public at a meeting late Tuesday in the capital Sanaa, which was chaired by the deputy of the Customs Authority, Mohammad Yahya Al-Austa at the presence of the representatives of the relevant authorities from the other provinces.
Al-Austa said that the total numbers of the unmarked cars which were registered since the start of the campaign have reached 10,563.
Al-Austa praised the results achieved by the licensing campaign which he said the average of daily revenue ranges between 180 and 200 million riyal a day.
