Kuwait talks 1st round ends up with fair ideas, but refused: al-Mashat
[06/ August/2016]

SANA'A, Aug. 05 (Saba) - The first round of seventy-day talks in Kuwait has concluded with fair ideas to reach a solution, said a member of the national delegation to Kuwait talks.

On his Facebook account, Mehdi al-Mashat said the ideas included establishing consensual executive authorities (presidency and government) and security and military committees in addition to stopping the aggression and lifting the siege on the country and restrictions that have damaged the national economy.

"It was agreed that the UN envoy for Yemen will draft a deal based on these ideas during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, and after which, we will return to sign not to discuss it."

Al-Mashat stressed the ideas have been rejected by the United States and Saudi Arabia, through their mercenaries inside, he said.

So they work together with the UN envoy to fabricate a solution that will not hold the aggression's powers responsible for rejection.

They presented a solution deal to the UN envoy - not the real previous one - to get out of the predicament of being showed as refusing to the comprehensive and lasting solution, he said.

Al-Mashat said that the UN envoy has received their deal and adopted it as it is the UN's.
