MAREB, June 27 (Saba) – The army and popular committees forces repelled the hirelings’ attempt to advance toward Hailan Mountain in Serwah district of Mareb province, a military official said Monday.
The official added that the clashes resulted in a number of dead and wounded among the mercenaries, including head of the political office of the Islah Party in Mareb Mohammed al-Yosfi.
He confirmed that two armored vehicles belonging to the mercenaries were destroyed in the confrontations.
