The Security Committee in Marib Province, chaired by Governor Ali Tuaiman, convened on Sunday to discuss the security plan for the 1447 AH Prophet’s Birthday celebrations.
The meeting, attended by Mobilization Official Badr Al-Mujash, Police Chief Brig. Gen. Badr Rahmah, along with military and security leaders, reviewed measures to facilitate the movement of vehicles and participants from all districts to the celebration venues.
Discussions also covered the mechanism for field deployment to organize preparatory events, mobilization efforts, and readiness activities leading up to the central celebration.
Governor Tuaiman stressed the importance of preparation and coordination to secure the main celebration sites, enhance readiness, and ensure smooth organization and crowd management through joint efforts between security agencies and units.
He praised the security forces for their role in safeguarding events and ensuring coordination among various units to bolster security and fulfill assigned tasks.
For his part, the Mobilization Official noted that this year’s celebration is expected to be larger than last year’s, requiring intensified security efforts.
