Gaza – Saba:
Two nephews of the head of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the Gaza Strip and head of the negotiating delegation, Dr. Khalil al-Hayya, were martyred on Saturday in an Israeli attack in Gaza City.
Palestinian media sources reported that Israeli forces targeted the martyrs, Ayman and Moaz Abdel Salam al-Hayya, with artillery fire while they were collecting firewood and inspecting the family home in al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of the city.
The two martyrs' brother, Ashraf Abdel Salam al-Hayya, was martyred in an Israeli shelling in 2003 east of the same neighborhood, while their fourth brother was wounded twice: the first during the Great March of Return in 2019, and the second by Israeli fire during the ongoing aggression on Gaza for 22 months.
During the genocidal crime, more than 13 members of the al-Hayya family were martyred by Israeli fire, in addition to 22 members of the family who were martyred before the Battle of al-Aqsa Flood.
The nephew of the leader al-Hayya was also martyred a month ago by enemy forces in Gaza City.
Last April, the Zionist enemy committed a massacre at Dar al-Arqam School in the al-Tuffah neighborhood, resulting in the deaths of 31 civilians, including the two grandchildren of the leader al-Hayya.
