Hajjah - Saba:
Hospitals in Hajjah Governorate, along with branches of health offices in the districts, health centers, and units, today organized solidarity vigils with the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Participants in the vigils at Ka’idna, Abs, Al-Mahabishah, and the Martyr Wathab Hospital in Khairan Al-Maharraq, as well as the Martyr Al-Kahlani Hospital in Mabyan, raised the Palestinian and Yemeni flags, along with slogans denouncing the enemies of Islam, traitors, and collaborators.
They condemned the crimes committed by the Zionists against the people of Gaza, noting that the death toll in what is referred to as the “Breadwinner Massacre” has risen to 1,655 martyrs, with more than 11,800 injuries, and 193 deaths — including 96 children — caused by famine and malnutrition.
They stressed that more than 100,000 children aged two years and under, including 40,000 infants, are facing imminent mass death within days due to the lack of infant formula and nutritional supplements, as well as the continued closure of crossings and the prevention of basic supplies from entering.
Participants in the vigils at hospitals in Qafl Shammar, Kahlan Al-Sharaf, Al-Shaghadrah, Al-Shahel, Aslam, and Bani Al-Shamakh, along with health branches, centers, and units in all districts, denounced the deliberate starvation policy in Gaza, describing it as exceeding in brutality and horror the crimes of Nazism and fascism.
Meanwhile, participants in a women’s sector vigil at the governorate health office and the Republican Hospital Authority described what is happening in Gaza as an organized war crime committed in full view of a world that claims to respect freedom, justice, and human rights.
They held the U.S. administration fully responsible for the war of starvation and systematic genocide aimed at killing the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in light of the escalating Israeli aggression, the continued siege, and the prevention of the entry of food, medicine, and humanitarian aid.
The vigil’s statement called on the Muslim nation and the free people of the world to move urgently, to continue and escalate popular activities in various cities and capitals around the globe, expanding to more areas, and to organize sit-ins in front of United Nations offices and Israeli and American embassies, exposing their role in this organized crime.
