The Sultanate of Oman expressed its condemnation and categorical rejection of the Israeli government's decision to reoccupy the Gaza Strip militarily, its continued violation of international law, its disregard for international legitimacy resolutions, and its infringement of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people without deterrence or punishment.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday, the Sultanate of Oman called on all countries of the world, particularly the member states of the United Nations Security Council, to assume their legal and moral responsibilities to stop the injustice inflicted on the Palestinian people and to take immediate and decisive measures to enable them to regain their legitimate rights, lift this aggression, and end the Israeli occupation of their lands according to the pre-1967 borders.
