Foreign Affairs condemns Zionist entity's decision to take full control of Gaza strip
[08/ August/2025]
Sana'a - Saba:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned on Friday the Zionist entity's decision to take full control of and occupy the Gaza Strip.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs considered this decision a new aggressive step and a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms.

The statement clearly reveals the true intentions of the Zionist entity to erase Palestinian identity and liquidate the Palestinian cause. It confirms that its goal is not only to fight the resistance, but also to control the land and displace its people.

The statement indicated that the repercussions of the decision are dangerous and will be disastrous at all levels, as it threatens to expand the circle of conflict in the region, placing it on the brink of total chaos.

It considered the Zionist decision a full-fledged war crime and a flagrant violation of the UN Charter and all relevant international resolutions on the Palestinian issue.

The statement will also exacerbate the unprecedented humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip and escalate the crimes of murder, ethnic cleansing, and starvation perpetrated by the Zionist enemy against the defenseless Palestinian people.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that Arab countries seeking to normalize relations with the Zionist entity, or those that have already done so gratuitously, will one day realize that the usurping entity has no true ally, and that normalization will not bring them security or prosperity. Rather, it will merely render them a bridge over which enemies can attack the nation.

The statement noted that the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance hold the key to security and stability in the region, and supporting them is the correct position that everyone must take.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs' statement reiterated the Republic of Yemen's firm and principled position, announced by the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to continue supporting the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance.

It explained that this position is not just rhetoric, but rather a religious, moral, and humanitarian commitment, translated into action by the Yemeni Armed Forces through escalating their military operations against Zionist enemy targets until the aggression is halted and the siege on the Gaza Strip is lifted.

The statement called on the international community and humanitarian and human rights organizations to assume their moral and legal responsibility, take immediate action to halt the brutal Zionist aggression, and take decisive measures to hold the occupation leaders accountable for their crimes against humanity.
