The Local Council and the Mobilization Office in Al-Zaidiyah District of Al-Hodeidah Governorate inaugurated on Wednesday the activities commemorating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) for the year 1447 AH, under the slogan “At Your Service, O Messenger of Allah.”
During the event, attended by Local Council member Mohammed Khabal, the district director, Hassan Al-Ahdal, emphasized the importance of reviving this occasion to draw lessons from the life of the Prophet (PBUH) and to strengthen public awareness of his revered status in the hearts of the people.
He noted that commemorating the Prophet’s birthday is an expression of loyalty and connection to the Messenger of Humanity, reflecting the Yemeni people’s deep-rooted faith identity and a practical embodiment of leadership directives to instill the Prophet’s path in society.
Meanwhile, the preaching and guidance official, Issa Al-Aqeeli, stated that the Prophet’s birthday serves as a spiritual and educational milestone that reinforces prophetic values and inspires greater unity around the causes of the Muslim Ummah—foremost among them, the Palestinian cause and the suffering of its besieged people.
