Gaza - Saba:
The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine described "US envoy Steve Witkoff's denial of the existence of famine and starvation in the Gaza Strip, and his claim that the matter is nothing more than a shortage of food, as a crime against humanity and against our people and their dignity as they fall to starvation or are killed by enemy fire.
The American company's aid distribution centers have been transformed into death traps." The Democratic Front said in a statement, on Monday, received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba): Famine and starvation do not stop at the borders of the lack of food, but rather extend to the lack of clean water and medicine in light of the collapse of the health system in hospitals and health centers.
It is also represented by the absence of security due to the hostile actions through which the enemy forces launch their raids on residential areas in the systematic destruction of what remains of buildings, residences and shelters. Famine and starvation are also represented by the lack of fuel for ambulances to rescue the sick and injured, and the lack of emergency teams of the necessary tools to rescue the injured from under the rubble, or recover bodies from underneath it. The Democratic Front added: "The enemy state has turned the Gaza Strip into a place of death in various forms.
"If the American envoy, Witkoff, does not see this in the Strip for what it really is, then he, as the envoy of the Trump administration, should re-examine the intervention of the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the Commissioner for Human Rights in the international mission at the New York Conference, which was boycotted by the United States and Israel, in open hostility to the legitimate national rights of our people to freedom, independence, and the right of return, and in open insistence on continuing the barbaric war against our people in the Gaza Strip, as well as in the West Bank, where the machine of systematic killing and destruction in the northern West Bank has not stopped, nor have the rampages of the armed militia gangs of settlers within the framework of the annexation plan and the reduction of the area of the Palestinian Authority's jurisdiction and powers."
The Democratic Front reiterated its affirmation that patchwork solutions, as well as attempts to cover up the occupation's brutal practices against our people, will not deceive the international community, which has begun to regain its awareness of the nature of the racist, fascist, and bloody Zionist project and the truth about the premeditated objectives against our people in the Gaza Strip, including efforts to force them to leave the Strip in a large-scale displacement operation under the pretext of voluntary migration.
The Front said "our people's right to demand that the International Court of Justice assume its responsibilities in holding the enemy state accountable for its starvation war against our people, and to demand that the International Criminal Court prosecute all those who have committed war crimes against our people in the Gaza Strip, from Netanyahu to his war ministers, his army chiefs of staff, and his fascist followers in the government."
The Democratic Front concluded: "The only solution to save our people in the Gaza Strip is to stop the war of extermination and starvation, to completely withdraw the enemy forces from the Gaza Strip, and to redress the damage inflicted on our people by immediately supplying them with all the elements of a decent life, including food, fuel, water, medical equipment and medicine, and to rebuild the infrastructure, in preparation for launching a project to rebuild the Gaza Strip, in cooperation with sister Egypt, the Arab countries and friendly countries and peoples."
