The Ministers of Health and Environment, Dr. Ali Shiban, of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Eng. Moeen Al-Maqtari, and of Transport and Public Works, Mohammed Qahim, inspected on Monday the new site designated for the establishment of a model medical city project in Sanhan and Bani Bahloul districts of Sana'a Province.
The ministers emphasized the importance of expediting the submission of the project study, stating that the medical city project aligns with the directives of the Revolution Leader, the President of the Supreme Political Council, and the government to improve infrastructure in the health sector and enhance essential services provided to citizens.
During the visit, they—along with Deputy Finance Minister Nasser Al-Hamadani, Secretary-General of the Local Council in Sana'a Governorate Abdulqadir Al-Jilani, Chairman of the General Authority for Land, Survey, and Urban Planning Judge Ibrahim Al-Mansour, and the Governorate’s Investment Undersecretaries Yahya Jumaan and Mohammed Al-Farza’i from the General Investment Authority—highlighted the importance of cooperation and coordination among relevant entities to ensure the project’s prompt implementation.
They called on the Land Authority to swiftly determine the total area and demarcate the site to allocate the appropriate space for establishing the medical city.
Accompanying them were Eng. Mohammed Ashia, Head of the Public Works Sector in the Governorate, and the Directors of the General Land Authority in the Governorate, Eng. Yahya Al-Shami, and of Economy, Fahd Al-Ghurbani.
