The Supreme Judicial Council and the Public Prosecution on Monday mourned the passing of Judge Tariq Abdulhafidh al-Aghbari, Assistant Head of the Inspection Department at the Attorney General's Office, who died at the age of 65 after a career devoted to the judiciary.
In a joint statement, the Council praised al-Aghbari’s integrity, professionalism, and long-standing contributions, noting his leadership roles in key judicial positions including the Appeals Prosecution in Aden and North Sana’a.
Condolences were extended to his family, especially his son Ibrahim al-Aghbari and to the entire judiciary.
