Hajjah – Saba:
The President of the Court of Appeal in Hajjah Governorate, Judge Hussein Al-Houthi, inspected today the workflow in the primary courts of Abs, Haradh, Midi, Aslam, Aflah Al-Yemen, and Aflah Al-Sham.
During the visit, accompanied by Judge Osama Al-Khasheb, member of the First Criminal Division, Judge Al-Houthi met with court presidents and judges. They reviewed the nature of incoming cases, the progress of legal procedures, and the level of achievements.
Judge Al-Houthi emphasized the need to:
- Facilitate litigation procedures
- Expedite case resolutions
- Ensure execution of rulings
- Strengthen justice and the rule of law
