Abu Obeida, spokesperson for Al-Qassam Brigades (Hamas' military wing), declared Sunday the Brigades' readiness to cooperate with Red Cross requests to deliver food/medicine to Zionist captives - on condition Israel:
1. Opens permanent humanitarian corridors for unrestricted food/medicine access to all Gaza areas.
2. Halts all aerial operations during prisoner supply deliveries.
