The Board of Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation, chaired by Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Ayash Quhaim, reviewed operational and financial performance, as well as challenges posed by the ongoing blockade and aggression.
The meeting discussed preparations for the Prophet’s birthday celebrations, praised the resilience of port workers as highlighted by the revolutionary leader, and assessed damage to Hodeida ports caused by U.S.-Israeli aggression.
The board also reviewed the corporation’s Q4 2024 financial report and performance indicators, commending staff efforts to ensure continuous port operations.
Minister Quhaim urged intensified efforts to improve efficiency and meet the needs of the Yemeni people under siege.
