The Central Military Court issued its verdict in Case No. 27 of 1445 AH against the traitor Ahmed Ali Abdullah Saleh Afash.
The court found him guilty of treason, espionage, and collaborating with the enemy, as well as corruption charges. The ruling sentenced him to death and ordered the confiscation of his assets.
Additionally, the verdict mandated the recovery of embezzled funds in the corruption case, along with other complementary penalties related to public office.
