Gold Rises from One-Month Low

Singapore - Saba:
Gold prices rose on Thursday from their lowest level in a month reached in the previous session, as uncertainty surrounding U.S. tariff announcements increased demand for safe haven assets.

Spot gold rose 0.4 percent to $3,286.99 per ounce. It had hit its lowest level since June 30 in the previous session.

U.S. gold futures fell 0.5 percent to $3,282.10.

Among other precious metals, spot silver was steady at $37.10 per ounce, platinum fell 0.3 percent to $1,308.85, and palladium rose 0.9 percent to $1,216.25.
