The Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, and the Minister of Electricity, Energy, and Water, Dr. Ali Saif, discussed joint cooperation between the two ministries, particularly in the areas of administrative training and completing network integration.
The meeting reviewed arrangements for launching a training program for employees and cadres of the Ministry of Electricity and Water and its affiliated units in administrative development, to be implemented by the National Institute of Administrative Sciences (NIAS). This program aims to enhance skills, build capacities, and improve job performance.
Discussions also covered procedures to finalize the network integration between the two ministries, ensuring seamless data exchange, information sharing, and real-time updates of employment records.
Both ministers praised the efforts of working teams in preparing and reviewing regulatory frameworks and updating the administrative structures of merged units, including the Ministry of Electricity and Water.
