Bayern Munich, the reigning Bundesliga champion, announced Tuesday that goalkeeper Sven Ulreich has extended his contract by one year, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2026.
Ulreich, 36, joined Bayern in 2015 from Stuttgart and has frequently stepped in as the starting goalkeeper during the absence of veteran Manuel Neuer.
So far, Ulreich has made 103 competitive appearances for Bayern, winning nine Bundesliga titles, three German Cups, six German Super Cups, as well as the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Super Cup once each.
