Ibb - Saba:
A meeting was held between Dr. Nasr Al-Hujaili, President of Ibb University, and Dr. Fuad Al-Makhdhi, Secretary-General of the Yemeni Red Crescent Society, to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation between the university and the Red Crescent in several medical, health, and service fields.
The meeting, attended by the Executive Director of the Society, Dr. Ahmed Abdulkarim, the Director of the Red Crescent branch in the governorate, Dr. Abul-Tayyib Al-Mutawakkil, and the Secretary-General of the university, Abdulmalik Al-Saqqaf, addressed ways to maintain and rehabilitate the water network in the university's colleges, centers, and facilities, as well as providing the necessary requirements to improve the level of services offered by the health unit.
The meeting also reviewed the progress of infrastructure and laboratory projects at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences and explored possibilities for contributing to meeting some urgent and essential needs in the upcoming phase.
Attending the meeting were the Assistant Secretary-General of the university, Nabil Al-Warafi, and the deans of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Bashir Al-Amawi, and the College of Engineering, Dr. Farhan Nashwan.
