The Saudi enemy army committed a crime against seven citizens from the Al-Daher and Haydan districts in Saada Governorate, subjecting them to brutal torture methods that resulted in the martyrdom of one of them. The victims had been arrested in the Jizan region.
Local sources in Al-Daher district told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that one citizen was martyred, and six others sustained severe injuries after being subjected to direct burning with fire, savage whipping, and degrading, inhumane treatment at the hands of Saudi soldiers.
The families and relatives of the assaulted citizens considered this crime further evidence of the Saudi army’s aggressive nature and brutal treatment of the Yemeni people, as well as its history of committing thousands of crimes and violations against residents of border areas.
The Human Rights Sector in Saada condemned this heinous crime committed by the Saudi army, describing it as a blatant violation of human rights. It held the Saudi regime criminally, legally, and morally responsible for this crime, as well as all its previous crimes against the Yemeni people.
