Ukrainian authorities announced on Tuesday the death of at least 20 people and the injury of about forty others as a result of Russian strikes that targeted the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions in Ukraine last night.
The head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Andriy Yermak, reported that 16 people were killed and 35 injured due to a series of bombardments that hit a detention facility in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Three attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region also resulted in at least four deaths and eight injuries, according to the head of the local administration, Serhiy Lysak, on Telegram, confirming that these attacks were carried out using explosive drones and drone-dropped bombs targeting the towns of Mezhyivska, Dubovykevka, and Slovianska.
