Gaza - Saba:
The Government Media Office announced on Sunday that the Gaza Strip needs 600 relief trucks daily and 250,000 cartons of infant formula monthly, and the radical solution is to open the crossings and break the siege immediately.
The office said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba): The Gaza Strip is facing a real humanitarian disaster with the continued stifling blockade, the closure of the crossings, and the prevention of the flow of aid and baby formula for 148 consecutive days.
The office emphasized that the Gaza Strip needs 600 relief trucks daily, including baby formula, humanitarian aid, and fuel, to meet the minimum needs of the population.
He added, "Despite circulating figures about the intention to bring in dozens of trucks, this step—if implemented—remains limited and will not be sufficient to end the famine."
He emphasized that the Strip needs 250,000 cartons of milk monthly to save infants from the hunger and malnutrition that have plagued their fragile bodies throughout the past harsh period.I conclude by saying that the radical and urgent solution is to immediately break the blockade, open the crossings unconditionally, and ensure the permanent and full flow of baby formula, aid, and fuel, without resorting to patchwork or temporary partial solutions.
