Tehran - Saba:

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf affirmed today, Sunday, the importance of adhering to the law regarding the suspension of cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, stressing that "any move in this regard must be within a clear and transparent legal framework."

Ghalibaf said that "there is a specialized committee tasked with overseeing the implementation of the law and ensuring compliance with it," pointing out that the Iranian Parliament has set clear standards governing any future cooperation with the Agency.

For his part, Iranian MP Hamid Rasaei stressed that "cooperation with the Agency must be conditional on respecting national sovereignty and protecting Iran’s nuclear security," according to Iran's Tasnim News Agency.

He explained that "any future cooperation must ensure the safety of nuclear facilities and Iranian scientists," calling on the Iranian Foreign Ministry to consider these legal standards in its upcoming steps.
