Gaza - Saba:
The Resistance Committees in Palestine condemned, on Sunday, in the strongest terms, the Zionist enemy's piracy of the Handala ship, which was heading to break the siege on Gaza. We consider it a new crime added to its black record of targeting international solidarity activists and unarmed civilians.
In a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the committees held the criminal Zionist entity fully responsible for the safety of the activists, calling on the world to take immediate action to secure their release and for a broad international popular movement to confront Zionist bullying and intimidation by escalating solidarity activities and supporting free initiatives that break the criminal siege on Gaza.
They stated that the interception of a humanitarian ship carrying unarmed international activists and solidarity activists is a cowardly, criminal act that reflects the Zionist entity's failure to besiege and isolate Gaza or silence the voices of the free. It confirms that the ongoing siege is a war crime committed in full view of the entire world.
She saluted the courage, boldness, and bravery of the international activists aboard the Handala ship, their determination to defy the threats of the Zionist enemy, and their continued movement to break the blockade.
She emphasized that the voice of freedom and solidarity cannot be confiscated or silenced. She also called for the broadest campaigns of solidarity, boycott, and legal prosecution, the organization of new maritime and land movements, and increased pressure on complicit governments.
She called for the launch of freedom flotillas and convoys from all over the world in support of Gaza and to break the unjust blockade, affirming that the Palestinian cause is the cause of all free people around the world.
