Gaza - Saba:
The Gaza Civil Defense called on the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to adhere to the coordination protocol for humanitarian action and to urgently respond to distress calls for help from the injured trapped in areas where the Israeli army is invading the Gaza Strip.
In a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Civil Defense emphasized that the ICRC must prioritize coordination efforts to save the lives of the injured and recover the bodies of the martyrs, and work diligently to achieve these goals, thus avoiding delays in coordination efforts for evacuating them from dangerous areas.
With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army has continued to commit genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of 59,733 Palestinian civilians, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 144,477 others, as of yesterday, in a preliminary toll, with thousands of victims still under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue crews.
