Parliament Speaker, Yahya Al-Ra’i, sent a cable of condolences to the Speaker of the Russian State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, following the crash of a civilian aircraft in Russia’s Amur region.
In the message, Al-Ra’i expressed, on behalf of the Presidency and members of Yemen’s House of Representatives, his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to his Russian counterpart, members of the State Duma, the families of the victims, and the friendly Russian people over this tragic incident.
