Several Palestinian civilians suffered from suffocation on Saturday evening as Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), Israeli forces stormed the town and stationed themselves in the areas of "Al-Jami' Al-Kabir" (the Grand Mosque), "Al-Bawwaba" (the Gate), and near the mourning tent of the two martyrs, Ahmad Ali As'ad Salah (15) and Mohammad Khaled Issa (17). The troops fired sound bombs and toxic gas canisters toward shops and homes, leading to several cases of suffocation among residents.
The report added that Israeli soldiers also patrolled Al-Bawwaba area on foot and forced shops to close.
