
Bushehr – SABA:
A 4.7-magnitude earthquake struck the city of Asaluyeh in Iran’s southern Bushehr Province on Saturday, according to the Iranian Seismological Center.
The quake occurred at 1:40:03 PM local time, at a depth of 15 kilometers below the surface.
The epicenter was pinpointed at latitude 27.26°N and longitude 52.52°E, directly beneath the city of Asaluyeh.
Iran’s official news agency cited the governor of Asaluyeh, who confirmed that no damage or casualties have been reported so far, pending further assessments.
