The Palestinian Media Forum mourned journalist Adam Abu Harbid, who was martyred along with several members of his family, as a result of an Israeli enemy airstrike that targeted a tent in the Yarmouk Market area of Gaza City.
In a statement issued on Friday, the forum indicated that the number of journalists martyred since October 7, 2023, has risen to 232.
The forum renewed its pledge to the spirits of the Palestinian media heroes who wrote for Palestine with their blood, affirming the continuation of the journey in their footsteps.
The forum denounced the international silence and inability to protect Palestinian journalists and enable them to perform their professional duties in accordance with international laws and humanitarian conventions.
