The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Friday that its air defense systems intercepted and shot down 105 Ukrainian drones last night over several provinces.
A statement issued today by the Russian Defense Ministry read: "Last night, operational air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 105 Ukrainian drones: 26 over Belgorod Region, 25 over Bryansk Region, 23 over Rostov Region, 9 over the Sea of Azov, 8 over Krasnodar Territory, 5 over Stavropol Territory, 3 over Kursk Region, 3 over Tambov Region, 2 over Voronezh Region, and 1 over Oryol Region."
Ukrainian forces target Russian border areas in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, and Rostov regions, as well as Crimea, on an almost daily basis, with drones and missiles.
