Norwegian Minister of International Development, Asmund Åkrust, affirmed on Thursday that his country is "doing everything in its power to stop the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip," stressing that what the Israeli enemy is doing in the Strip constitutes a "flagrant violation of international humanitarian law."
In a statement to Al Jazeera, the minister said that the situation in Gaza is at the top of the agenda of the G20 meetings, indicating the growing international attention on the worsening humanitarian crisis there.
