Iran is set to hold talks with the United Kingdom, Germany, and France on Friday at the Iranian Consulate in Istanbul, Turkey.
According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, the round of talks will begin at 9:30 a.m. local time and will be held at the level of deputy foreign ministers.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei had previously confirmed the meeting, noting that it would take place in Istanbul at the deputy ministerial level.
Baghaei stated, “The subject of the talks is clear — the lifting of sanctions and discussions related to the Iranian nuclear program. We will present our positions clearly and explicitly.”
Meanwhile, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said, “Through this meeting, we aim to explore ways to reach common solutions that can help manage the current situation.”
