Bethlehem - Saba:
Two Palestinian teenagers were martyred early Thursday morning by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, and their bodies were seized.
According to local Palestinian sources, the two martyrs were identified as Ahmad Ali As'ad Ashira Al-Salah (15 years old) and Mohammad Khaled Aliyan Issa (17 years old). They were killed near the Al-'Ibara area on the western side of Al-Khader, adjacent to the Israeli bypass road No. 60.
Israeli occupation forces had opened fire late Wednesday night on four Palestinian youths, resulting in the martyrdom of two and their bodies being withheld, while the other two were injured and transferred to hospitals in Bethlehem.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that Israeli forces prevented its medical teams from reaching the area to provide aid to the wounded.
Alongside its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army and extremist settlers have escalated their attacks in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem. Since October 7, 2023, more than 1,000 Palestinians have been martyred, around 7,000 injured, and over 17,000 arrested, according to official Palestinian statistics.
