The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Thursday, that Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed dozens of enemy drones last night.
The ministry stated in a statement, "Last night, 39 Ukrainian drones were destroyed over the Black Sea, the Sea of Azov, and the Krasnodar Territory."
The ministry said in its statement, "Last night, from 8:40 PM Moscow time on July 23 to 1:40 AM Moscow time on July 24, air defense systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 39 Ukrainian drones: 21 over the Black Sea, 11 over the Sea of Azov, and seven over the Krasnodar Territory."
It is noteworthy that Ukrainian forces are targeting Russian border areas in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, and Rostov regions, as well as the Crimean Peninsula, with almost daily shelling from various types of weapons.
